Ultrasonic testing around Dallas and Fort Worth: boilers, gas gathering and power plants
In Dallas–Fort Worth, ultrasonic testing is booked most often for thickness readings that support a boiler or piping inspection, for weld examination on fabricated and repaired equipment, and for wall-loss measurement on Barnett Shale gathering systems. Boilers under the TDLR program. Texas regulates boilers through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, which oversees about 54,000 of them.
