Website for NDT Companies, Connected to Your ERP and CRM
Company website and enquiry forms connected to CRM. Request a demo. Affordable. Accessible. Fully customizable. Quote on request.
Why most NDT company websites work against the business
Look at how enquiries reach a typical inspection company. A contact form on the website sends an email to a shared inbox. Someone forwards it to sales. Sales asks the prospect the same questions again: which method, which site, which code, how many welds, when. The enquiry is copied into a spreadsheet, maybe into a CRM, maybe not. If the right person is on leave or on a shutdown, the email sits unread while the client asks two other companies for a price.
Meanwhile the website itself is maintained by an outside agency, and every small change costs a request and a wait. A new method capability, a new accreditation, a revised training schedule: none of it reaches the site quickly, so the site slowly drifts away from what the company actually does.
The Website app in Atlantis NDT ERP takes a different approach. Your company website runs on the same fully customized system as your CRM, quotations, eLearning and invoicing. Enquiries submitted on the site become CRM records directly. Your own team can edit pages without calling anyone. And the online parts of your business, such as training courses and quote acceptance, sit on the same site your clients already know.
It is the standard Atlantis ERP website app, set up by Atlantis NDT for an inspection company. We do not pretend it is a custom web platform; its strength is that it is connected to everything else you run.
What the Website app gives an NDT company
Here is what you get once Atlantis NDT has set it up for you.
- Your company site on your domain. Home page, services, industries, about, contact and any other pages you need, built with the Atlantis ERP website editor.
- Editing without a developer. Your office manager or marketing lead can change text, swap photos and add pages in the browser using drag-and-drop building blocks.
- Enquiry forms that feed CRM. Contact and quote-request forms create records in the CRM app, where they sit next to leads from business cards, email campaigns and imports.
- Page titles and descriptions. Each page has its own title and description settings, so search engines see sensible text for your service pages.
- A home for your training. The eLearning course portal is published on the same website, so learners find courses where they find the rest of your company.
- Online quote acceptance. Quotations sent from the ERP can be opened, accepted and signed online by the client, using the standard Atlantis ERP quote flow.
Everything else, such as extra languages, particular page layouts or a specific look and feel, is set up during implementation as part of the scope agreed with you.
Pages an inspection company site actually needs
Clients who buy NDT are usually engineers. They scan a website for specifics, not slogans. During setup we help you structure the site around what they look for.
- Services by method. Separate pages for UT, PAUT, TOFD, RT, MT, PT, VT, ET and whatever else you offer, saying what equipment and techniques you use and what kind of components you inspect.
- Industries. Refining and petrochemical, power, pipelines, fabrication, maritime, aerospace. A plant inspection engineer wants to see that you understand their work, their codes and their shutdown pressure.
- Company qualifications. Your quality system and company accreditations. These can be kept current in the ERP's Certificates app, which records company certifications with alert days, so the site is updated when something is renewed.
- Technician qualification approach. How your technicians are qualified and certified and how you track it, without publishing individual personal data.
- Training and consulting. If you train technicians or advise on procedures, give those services their own pages.
- Contact and request a quote. Clear forms, a phone number and an office address.
You decide the content and the voice. We make sure the structure is sensible and each important page ends with a way to get in touch.
Enquiry forms that arrive as CRM leads
The most important thing a company website does is turn a visitor into a conversation. In Atlantis NDT ERP, a form submitted on your site does not go to an inbox and wait. It becomes a CRM record your sales team can see, assign and act on.
A generic contact form asks for a name, an email and a message. For NDT that is not enough to quote. During implementation we design your enquiry forms around the questions your estimators always ask, for example:
- Which inspection methods are needed
- Where the site is, and in which country
- Which industry the work is for
- What kind of components or welds are involved
- Which codes or client specifications apply
- Rough dates and duration
- Whether the enquiry is for inspection, training, consulting or software
The exact fields and how they map to the CRM are part of the configuration we agree with you. Once in the CRM, the enquiry sits alongside the NDT-specific lead fields: service line, NDT service type, industry sector, site country, and estimated technicians and days. The CRM gives leads an NDT lead score from 0 to 100, grouped as hot, warm, nurture or cold, so a website enquiry about a turnaround next month does not get lost behind a general question.
The same CRM also receives leads from the Business Cards app, so everything your team collects, online or in person, lives in one pipeline.
What happens after someone submits a form
Here is how a typical website enquiry moves through the ERP.
- Submission. A QA/QC manager at a fabrication shop fills in your request-a-quote form asking for RT and UT on a batch of pressure vessel welds.
- Lead created. The form creates a CRM record with the details entered. Sales sees it in the pipeline.
- Qualification. The salesperson reviews it, fills in any missing NDT fields and checks the lead score. If more detail is needed, they reply from the CRM, starting from an AI-personalised email preview they can edit.
- Quotation. The opportunity becomes a branded quote in the Quotations app, with job type, site, project dates and applicable codes, built from your NDT service products.
- Online acceptance. The client opens the quote online, accepts it and signs, and it converts to a sales order.
- Delivery and billing. The job moves into Project and Team Assignments, then NDT Reports and Invoicing.
If the enquiry is not ready to buy, the lead can be enrolled in a drip email sequence for its service line instead, with pause, resume and unsubscribe controls, so the contact hears from you at a sensible pace rather than being chased or forgotten.
Training courses and Practical NDT on your website
If your company trains technicians, the website is where learners arrive. The ERP's eLearning app publishes a course portal on the same site, organised in Level I, Level II and Level III sections, with video lessons, quizzes and certificates of completion. Online course sales are supported, and admins create learner accounts and grant or revoke access. Learners get their own dashboard showing progress.
Enrolled learners also get a Practical NDT section inside the portal. Practical NDT is Atlantis's immersive, game-like 3D practice platform, with UT, PAUT, RT, MT, PT, VT, ET and TOFD scenarios on virtual welds, pipes, vessels and castings. Access is granted automatically on enrolment or manually by an admin. For a training provider, it gives learners hands-on practice between classroom sessions, and it gives your website something distinctive to show.
Because the course portal and the company site are the same system, a learner who enquires about a course through a website form becomes a CRM lead, and once enrolled, the same contact record carries through to the course. No separate learning platform with its own logins and its own contact list to reconcile.
If your company does not run training, the eLearning portal can stay unpublished, or it can be used internally for technician refresher material. That choice is made during implementation.
Show clients what your reports look like
Asset owners increasingly ask how inspection results will be delivered, not just what they will cost. Your website is a good place to answer that.
The ERP's NDT Reports app produces method-specific reports for 17 report types, with a draft, review, approval and sending workflow, and branded PDF output. For clients who want more than a PDF, Atlantis also offers Digital Twin Reporting Software, a separate companion product that places inspection results on a 3D model of the asset. A plant engineer can see where each finding sits on the equipment instead of cross-referencing drawings and tables.
Many NDT companies use their website to explain their reporting approach, show a sample report layout and invite asset owners to see a demo. When a prospect asks through your site to see how their inspection data would be presented, that request arrives in the CRM like any other enquiry, tagged with the right service line.
This is where a connected website pays off. The page that describes your reporting, the form the client fills in, the quote you send and the report you eventually deliver all come from the same system, under the same brand.
Who works on the website
| Role | What they do on the Website app |
|---|---|
| Owner / managing director | Approves the structure and messaging, and watches which enquiries the site brings in through the CRM pipeline. |
| Marketing or office manager | Edits pages, updates photos and news, keeps service and training pages current. |
| Business development / sales | Picks up website enquiries in the CRM, qualifies them and sends quotes. |
| Level III / technical manager | Reviews technical content on method and industry pages so it stays accurate. |
| Training coordinator | Maintains the course portal, learner access and course pages. |
| Finance | Sees accepted quotes flow through to sales orders and invoices. |
User rights keep these roles separate. The person who edits the website does not need access to invoices, and a technical reviewer does not need to see the sales pipeline. We set those rights up during implementation.
Setup and implementation
Atlantis NDT deploys the ERP and sets the website up for you. A typical website setup covers:
- Domain and branding. Connecting your domain, applying your logo, colours and fonts to the site theme.
- Page structure. Agreeing the main pages: services by method, industries, company qualifications, training, consulting, contact.
- Content migration. Moving the useful content from your existing site, and rewriting what no longer reflects your services.
- Enquiry forms. Designing NDT-specific forms and mapping them to CRM fields.
- Page titles and descriptions. Setting sensible titles and descriptions for your main pages.
- eLearning portal. Publishing the course portal if you train, and deciding how course sales and learner access work.
- Quote acceptance. Setting up online quote acceptance and signature so clients can approve from the link in your email.
- Training your editors. Showing your team how to edit pages themselves.
Extra languages, more complex page designs or additional integrations are scoped with you up front. The ERP is affordable, accessible and fully customizable, with pricing quote on request. To see the website, CRM and quote flow working together, book a Website app demo.
Frequently asked questions
Is the website a separate system from the ERP?
No. It is the Atlantis ERP website app running inside Atlantis NDT ERP, so forms, the course portal and online quotes all use the same database as your CRM and invoicing.
Can our own staff edit the website?
Yes. Pages are edited in the browser with drag-and-drop building blocks. We train your editors during implementation.
Do website enquiries go straight into the CRM?
Yes. Enquiry forms create CRM records, where they get the NDT lead fields and lead score like any other lead.
Can we keep our existing domain?
Yes. Your domain is connected to the new site as part of setup, and useful content from the old site is carried over.
Will the website guarantee search rankings?
No website can guarantee rankings. The app lets you set page titles and descriptions and publish specific service pages, which gives search engines clear content to work with.
Can we sell training courses online?
Yes. The eLearning portal supports online course sales, and enrolled learners get access to Practical NDT from inside the portal.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quote on request and depends on the apps, pages and customization you need.

Built for any business that runs on operations
Most companies do not fail at their craft. They lose time, margin and goodwill in the gaps between the tools they use to run the place — a quoting spreadsheet that does not talk to the job sheet, a job sheet that does not reach accounts, and a compliance folder nobody can search when a client asks. Atlantis closes those gaps by putting the whole operation on one platform, so information is entered once and everything downstream stays in step.
What you can run on it
- Sales and CRM — leads, quotes, follow-ups and the pipeline that tells you what next month looks like.
- Projects and job costing — plan the work, track the hours and materials against it, and see the margin while the job is still live rather than at final account.
- Field and service teams — dispatch, schedules, mobile capture that works with no signal, and sign-off from site.
- Inventory and purchasing — stock, suppliers, reorder points and goods receipt, joined to the jobs that consume them.
- People — records, qualifications and licences with renewal reminders, timesheets, leave and payroll.
- Quality and documents — procedures and forms under revision control, with the audit trail an inspection or accreditation body actually asks for.
- Accounts — invoicing, expenses, multi-currency and the reporting your accountant stops chasing you for.
Affordable, accessible, fully customizable — and we mean each word
Affordable because the whole suite is included rather than sold to you a module at a time, and because implementation is done by people who have run operations rather than by a chain of subcontractors. Accessible because it runs in a browser and on a phone, works for a small team on day one, and does not need a specialist on staff to keep it alive. Fully customizable because your process is the thing that makes you competitive — the software should bend to it, not the other way round.
Industries we configure for
Service businesses and contractors, manufacturing and fabrication, trading and distribution, laboratories and testing houses, engineering consultancies, construction and facilities, and asset owners across energy, marine, aerospace and infrastructure. Inspection and testing is where we started, and it remains the sector we go deepest in — but the platform underneath is general-purpose, and most of what it does has nothing to do with inspection at all.
What happens when you get in touch
A short conversation, not a sales sequence. We ask how the business runs today and where it hurts, show you the platform doing that work, and send a written quote shaped to your region, your team size and the scope you actually need. No obligation, nothing to install first, and no pressure to decide on the call. Reach out and tell us what you are trying to fix.
