How the workflow runs

Goods are received against purchase orders, with equipment registered by serial number and consumables added to stock. When a job is planned, equipment is reserved; the technician then requests it, a supervisor and manager approve, and the store records condition on issue. Consumables issued to the job are recorded in the movement ledger, and items falling below reorder level are flagged for purchasing.
