If I certify under an Omani employer's Written Practice and then change companies, does the certification transfer?
No. An SNT-TC-1A certificate is issued by the employer against that employer's Written Practice, so it ends at the employer's gate. The new employer must qualify you under its own Written Practice, though documented training hours, experience hours and examination records carry across as supporting evidence and shorten the process. ISO 9712 and PCN certificates are issued by a certification body and move with you.
