Calibration records and laboratory ERP

Software can organise calibration records and workflow evidence. It does not confer laboratory accreditation or establish the technical validity of a calibration.

What readers should verify

When evaluating a record system, follow an instrument from receipt through its work record, review, certificate issue and subsequent correction. Check identifiers, revision history and access permissions.

A laboratory should assess the proposed system against its own quality arrangements and applicable requirements. Retain the original technical records and confirm how they can be exported and retrieved.

Information for editors and buyers

Use a current product demonstration or a written scope to verify product statements. Avoid interpreting a product announcement as a customer endorsement, accreditation decision or independent performance study.

For publication, request the current approved product name, relevant page link and a contact for factual checking. Identify demonstration data as such, and do not present illustrative screenshots as customer results.

Request the supporting material

Tell us the subject of your enquiry and which statements need confirmation. Atlantis can discuss the product workflow, proposed configuration and technical support relevant to the request. Commercial terms and project dates should be confirmed directly.
