Prepare a useful media request
Include the questions you need answered, the intended audience and any technical or commercial claims that need verification. If a deadline is fixed, state it in the first message. Availability is confirmed in response.
For product coverage, request a current demonstration, approved product name and screenshots whose status is clear. Demonstration records should not be presented as customer evidence. Obtain permission before naming a customer or publishing its inspection data.
