Methods: UT (including PAUT and TOFD), RT, MT, PT and VT. Technicians are certified by their employer to its SNT-TC-1A written practice, and procedures and reports are reviewed by an ASNT NDT Level III (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT). Plus integration with 3D Scanning for as-built dimensional control.

Damage Mechanisms + API 571 Cross-Reference

Dominant damage mechanisms per API RP 571: cracker furnace tube creep + carburisation (API 571 §4.2.7), polymer reactor corrosion-fatigue, BTX overhead chloride SCC, ammonia loop sulfidation + HTHA, methanol catalyst-tube creep, MEG glycol degradation, sour-service H2S cracking. Atlantis NDT maps these damage mechanisms onto the inspection results on the 3D model, so the owner's integrity team sees every finding in context.

Code + Compliance Framework

ASME B&PV V + VIII; ASME B31.3 process piping; API 510/570/579/581/653/571; NACE MR0103 amine + wet H2S; ISO 17635/17636/17640; EN 13445; OSHA PSM. Audit-defensible records retained in Atlantis NDT ERP. Inspectors are qualified to ASNT SNT-TC-1A under the employer's written practice; where an operator or prime specification sets additional personnel qualification requirements, they are confirmed per project.
