Assets We Inspect

pipeline integrity (API 570 + API 1104), refinery inspection (API 510 + API 653 + API 579 FFS), offshore platforms + FPSOs, pressure vessels + storage tanks, heat exchangers + columns, fired heaters + furnaces, midstream + downstream terminals. Methods: UT (including PAUT and TOFD), RT, MT, PT and VT. Technicians are certified by their employer to its SNT-TC-1A written practice, and procedures and reports are reviewed by an ASNT NDT Level III (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT). Plus integration with 3D Scanning for as-built dimensional control.

Damage Mechanisms + API 571 Cross-Reference

Dominant damage mechanisms per API RP 571: sulfidation (API 571 §4.4.2), naphthenic-acid corrosion (§4.4.6), HTHA (§4.5.1), sour-water cracking (§5.1.3), CUI (§4.3.4), MIC (§4.3.8), chloride SCC (§4.5.1.4). Atlantis NDT maps these damage mechanisms onto the inspection results on the 3D model, so the owner's integrity team sees every finding in context.

Inspectors are qualified to ASNT SNT-TC-1A under the employer's written practice; where an operator or prime specification sets additional personnel qualification requirements, they are confirmed per project.
