A customer job is quoted with the items and services required, accepted online and opened as a project. Staff assigned to the job are checked for current competency records, and reference standards used are checked for calibration status in the certificate register. Work is performed in your measurement tools, and results are issued through your established process. Procedures used are controlled in the Procedures app with approved revisions locked.
Time is logged against the project, approved and invoiced from the ERP, and the financial dashboard shows revenue and margin over a 12-month view.
