Follow the work from start to finish

The project is opened with the specification, codes, acceptance criteria and safety induction and work permit details for the site. Inspectors are dispatched through Team Assignments with calibrated equipment, and the system blocks any inspector or instrument already committed to another project on the same dates. On site, they record weld results in the offline field app, including weld identification, defect type and orientation, photos and an on-screen signature, and sync when back in coverage.

Project tasks show which connections or members have been inspected and how many indications were found. Reports are reviewed and approved in the office and sent to the client and the engineer. Time is logged by work type, approved and invoiced against the client PO.

Check the evidence, permissions and handover

On structural steel jobs, the building official, engineer and contractor all want the same thing: a weld inspection record they can trust. Weld lines with defect type and orientation, WPS references, and signed review give them that, while certification and calibration records back up who did the work and with what.
