A European aerospace MRO received a major finding under Nadcap AC7114 for inadequate Level III oversight on FPI (PT). We performed a 72-hour gap analysis against AC7114, AC7114/4 (PT) and NAS-410 Rev 5, rewrote the PT procedures + Written Practice, retrained and re-qualified the Level II population, and re-presented at the Nadcap re-audit as the Level III of record. Indian EPC — expert witness opinion on a rejected pipeline RT campaign
An Indian EPC subcontractor had a 220 km cross-country pipeline RT campaign rejected by the client's third-party inspector. We performed an independent Level III review of the radiographs, the technique sheets and the calibration records against API 1104 22nd edition and the client SPEC. Result: 87% of the originally-rejected welds were re-classified as acceptable on documented technical grounds. We provided the signed expert opinion that closed the dispute.
